These Terms of Service govern the use of the website at plumbinghelotestx.com and all plumbing diagnostic, repair, replacement, and emergency services provided by Helotes Hill Country Plumbing (Texas Master Plumber Lic #M-42981 (TDLR Regulated)).

1. Scope of Plumbing Services

All plumbing work is performed by licensed Texas Master Plumbers and registered Journeymen in compliance with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) rules and applicable local municipal building codes for the City of Helotes, City of San Antonio, and Bexar County.

2. Estimates and Upfront Pricing

Diagnostic evaluations and written proposals are presented before commencing physical repairs. Any modifications to the agreed scope necessitated by hidden concealed structural defects, unpermitted prior modifications, or severe pipe deterioration will be discussed and authorized in writing prior to proceeding.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship with written parts and labor warranties as specified on your service invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by external natural disasters, ground subsidence, freezing events where preventative measures were neglected, or third-party tampering.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
